A native Framer foundation for a construction and design-build website.

Start with the essentials

Replace Avenor with your company name, city, region, contact details and service area. The preview deliberately avoids invented operating history, certifications, client reviews and completed-project claims. Add only details you can substantiate.

Use shared styles

Edit the Services, Projects, Articles, Industries, Process and Principles CMS collections. Six collections power service and project content, educational guides, sector summaries, delivery stages and the home-page principles. Replace fictional concept studies with verified project records before a business launch.

Edit content in the CMS

Services, Projects, Articles, Industries and Process hold repeatable content. Each collection has descriptive fields. Project and service detail pages share one layout per collection. Replace fictional project narratives and images with work you have permission to publish.

Shared navigation and footer

Site Shell supplies the shared page layout. Navigation, Footer and Mobile Quote Bar are reusable components. AvenorNavigation keeps native navigation variants synchronized during resizing. AccessibleMenuToggle supplies one semantic keyboard button and sends its Activate event to the native open/close variants. Edit shared components to update the site. Keep variant IDs aligned if replacing Navigation.

Configure enquiries before launch

Connect the native project enquiry form to the intended destination in Framer. Submit a non-sensitive test and confirm receipt, success and error behavior. Replace the demonstration notice and choose budget ranges and currency appropriate to the business. File uploads and WhatsApp are not configured.

Metadata, legal and publication

The estimate forms are intentionally disconnected template previews. The customer-facing labels omit setup notes. Keep submissions disabled until you configure a delivery destination, test validation and verify successful receipt. Do not promise response times until your business can meet them. Add verified contact, credentials and client endorsements only when available.

Images and licensing

Architectural imagery was sourced through Framer’s Unsplash search. Images illustrate fictional cases and must not be presented as your completed work. Keep an asset register and check usage rights for any replacement photography.

Support and refund terms

The template owner must supply the actual support contact, response expectations, license, pricing and refund policy before Marketplace listing. No sales or support policy is implied by this demonstration.
